Please JCP, Don't Leave!

If your company leaves, I would not have any comfortable environment to stock clothing and I would be Very Sad! I like to walk around the Woman's Clothing Section!

HORRIBLE!

I ordered some Sketchers hiking boots from JCP online as they had the best price, (first time I every ordered with them) total was close to $60 so I placed order without seeing they charged me almost $9 for shipping which I wasn't happy about. I called them day after I placed my order, to cancel and reorder again, adding a few more items which would then be no shipping charge. Sounds easy right? Not with JCP, in spite of the order taking over 10 days to arrive, they wouldn't allow me to cancel one day after ordering online, they only give you 30 minutes to do that! Never heard of anything so ridiculous/insulting to customers, especially since i wanted to add to my order and give them more money! Customer service said no way they could fix it, supervisor said same thing, that everything is "in the system" and can't be changed. They also left off the unit number to my home and wouldn't even correct that, made me go to UPS.com and sign up so I could attempt to change it there. Now I understand why they have continual bankruptcies, when both Amazon and Walmart make orders, returns, cancellations so easy, why in the world would they be so stupid and insulting. BUYER BEWARE, NEVER AGAIN AND SO REGRET I GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS.

St john's bay pants. Worst pants I ever owned

I bought some St john's bay. Kakhis. J C Pennies went out of business here. The worst pants I ever bought! If you have no Ass No balls and a beer belly? These are for you! Because I have an ass the belt line fits my belly but does not include my butt. That makes the pants sit on the crack of my ass. And it pushes down my underwear. And THE MOST SCRATCHY ANNOYING TAG. RIPS MY SKIN. THEY COME WITH PLUMMERS CRACK YOU DON'T HAVE TO BEND. I called to return them. And it is not easy. You pay the shipping. And they have like 10 places they could go back to. And you are supposed decode there invoice. Lol. Forget I am done. Ordered some lee jeans which are the best pants I have ever owned. Relaxed fit total comfort flat front!

Terrible customer service

I used to purchase items online from JC Penney because they had good customer service and when orders were wrong they were quick to rectify. Recently I was sent the wrong item twice and customer service told me I had to drive 287 miles to return items to a store even though I purchased online. It took a month of fighting with customer service and a BBB complaint to get a prepaid shipping label.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY

Bad customer service, Cannot cancel your order (after 1 month order online for a mattress) they kick the ball to vendor. They don't allow you to cancel your order. Bottom line: do not waste your time, your money with JCPenney business. I think this is why JCPenney close to the bankruptcy. 5/11/2021.

LOST MY MONEY

{ place a prder # *******10433460. They cancelled half of my order and coupon because they dont have a item. Customer services dont even listen my options so I hope you going to close a lot of marketplace soon continuing this route.Store 1953date pick up 50 percent of my items 05/05/2021

Terrible Service

Placed an order to receive next day, not only did I not receive it the next day when I called to follow up on this was told it was delayed and I would be receiving my order the next day. Next day follow up on website only to find out that my order still had not shipped. When i spoke to customer service these people are great at not providing the information and actions asked for.
This will be my last attempt to purchase from this company.

I came here thinking about giving JC…

I came here thinking about giving JC Penny the worst review ever about their horrible services but it looks like this store pisses off every customer. Let me tell you something, this store has good items that are less expensive compared to other stores but the problem is they don’t deliver. Back in March 2020, I ordered three pairs of shoes from JC Penny to be delivered at their store located 30 minutes away from my home. The shoes got stuck in transit. I said okay, it’s probably because of the COVID-19 and I requested the refund. Last Month, March 2021, I trusted JC Penny again and ordered two pairs of shoes to be delivered to the same store. March 30th was the last day my shoes were supposed to be delivered but still not here???? Three days later, I decided to call JC Penny to check on my order and I was told that the shoes are stuck in the transit ???? again!! VERY DISLOYAL TO THE CUSTOMERS..NOT GOOD FOR THE BUSINESS!

I bought an engagement ring a few years…

I bought an engagement ring a few years back, and today I went to pawn it, and it's 100% fake! They sold me a knock off! Now I have to bring my lifetime warranty reciept a d either get a new, REAL ring, or try to get my money back! If they don't I will just file a police report, but I'd recommend that no one support their business, EVER. FUK jc penny

I am a bit upset with this company...

So I placed a pretty big order for $300+ and then I cancelled it. Later I discovered they still shipped the items. So I was like okay that is fine. But I received a tablet which has a cracked edge as well as two pillows which have dirt smeared all over them and curly dark hair. I am quite upset because there is not a store near me. They expect me to travel to the store in another town and I do not drive. They won't even send me a USPS label so I can get free pickup they want me to go to UPS in another town as well. Why did they send me dirty items and broken to begin with? I would like replacements and also a free USPS shipping label.

what a sh$t show of service

In January 2021, I called to find out how to get my Tempur Pedic base to work properly. JCPenney told me I had to order a new one and be credited for the old one, and I was charged a restocking fee and a pick up fee toa total over $325. Then the base came to the delivery company in a King size instead of a queen.
Two weeks later after not hearing from the warehouse, I called back to find out what's going on with my base delivery. The manufacturer had not received the King size so I could not be credited for it yet. I an order a new one in the meantime and get the credit later. So dummy me, I did that eager to getmy base working because I had just had knee replacement the month before. Now it is at the end of February and thy come to deliver the base. The man says they don't do pick up of the old one. WHAT?!! I paid $85 for a pick up fee. Called JCPenney back again. now they tell me my base is out of warranty and I will not be credited for the old one and they will arrange for someone to pick up the old one....with the same warehouse, which I did not accept delivery for the base. So look here cancel the over $3000 dollars I paid for two Tempur Pedic bases. Then she offered me the telephone number to Tempur Pedic being that my base was out of warranty. I still have one base on my account, which they have not credited back to my account even though I called back twice since then to the credit card to dispute. And they trying to charge me late fees. Side note: The Tempur Pedic representative told me my base was still under warranty and he reset the remote in 5 minutes! I am paying off all I owe JCPenney and cutting up the card. I will NEVER shop there again for ANYTHING.

Beware of ordering items on line at JC Penny

I ordered 3 camisoles and a Jean jacket for my grand daughter. I picked up my order and went to my car and opened it. IT WAS NOT MY ORDER! I immediately went back into the store to inquire about my order and return the incorrect order. No one knew what happened to my order and a week later I'm still waiting for my credit. Unfortunately I ordered additional items from them and I'm still waiting for those items to arrive. I've been a customer and a JC Penny credit card holder for over 40 years. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED!
JC Penny is HORRIBLE!
